The wine
The name derives from the "hill of the witches" (in German "Hexenbichler"). The grapes come from different vineyards that extend over hills adjacent to the mountain. The Hexenbichler finds its particularity in the light tannic structure with a light but bright color, in the pleasantness of the fruity and fresh taste. We recommend pairing with typical Tyrolean appetizers and specialties such as speck and cold cuts, but also with white meats and sweet cheeses.
