Trimbach Riesling

Trimbach Riesling 2022 is a dry white wine from the Alsace region of France, made exclusively from the Riesling grape variety. The grapes come from selected plots around Ribeauvillé, grown in calcareous soils enriched with biodegradable fossils known as ‘Muschelkalk’, ideal for this noble grape variety. On the nose, it displays fresh and refined aromas with mineral and spicy notes, including ginger and cumin, complemented by fruity nuances of ripe pineapple. On the palate, it is clean and dry, with an excellent persistence that reflects its distinctive character. This Riesling is versatile and pairs perfectly with seafood, shellfish and pork-based dishes. Best served between 8 and 10°C to fully appreciate its qualities.
