Casal di Serra is a wine that knows how to express all the value and typicality of a great native vine: Verdicchio. It was born in the early 1980s from the selection of the best grapes produced in the Montecarotto vineyard, and subsequently enriched with grapes from other three plots located in the areas most suited to the cultivation of Verdicchio dei Castelli di Jesi. The contact with its own yeasts, during fermentation and in the refinement phase, gives it richness and personality, without altering its balance and elegance. Ideal with fish, stewed and grilled dishes. Roasted white meat and fresh cheeses.
