The wine
Ruby beautifully inclined to garnet, the glass reveals an unsurpassed clarity and consistency. The initial texture of the aromas is fruity, from morello cherry to plum, already with evident withering notes. The same goes for the flower: the violet and the rose are, in fact, clearly tending to dry out. Licorice, cocoa, and even sandalwood, pepper and tobacco complete the aromatic range of a decidedly broad wine. On the palate it is lively and exuberant, with perfectly integrated tannins and softness in great dust, with final memories of eucalyptus and menthol to certify the great potential of this wine.
