The wine
Verdicchio di Jesi Villa Bianchi takes its name from Villa Bianchi, the farmhouse in the heart of the Verdicchio dei Castelli di Jesi, where the family used to make wine from the grapes of the surrounding vineyard. Today the Villa Bianchi wants to be the expression of all the typicality of Verdicchio, with its aromatic notes of freshness and elegance. Thanks to a careful selection of the grapes on the vineyard and the use of winemaking techniques that preserve the aromatic heritage of the vine. Ideal with lean appetizers, pasta and risotto with sea-based sauces; excellent with grilled, gratinated or baked fish.
