The wine
This Prosecco stands out for its freshness and great minerality, it is a pleasant product and easy to drink. At sight it has a straw yellow color, with fine and persistent perlage; notes of white-fleshed fruits, apple and pear, intertwine with typically floral scents, creating a fine, elegant and fragrant aromatic bouquet. The taste is fresh and pleasant, good minerality. The olfactory sensation is confirmed to the taste. Excellent as an aperitif and in combination with appetizers. Ideal also combined with delicate dishes of legumes, fish and white meats.
