The wine
The Rosé Scuro produced by the Val delle Corti winery located in the heart of the Chianti Classico, is a rosé wine made from Sangiovese grapes. This wine is characterized by its juiciness noticeable on the palate and by intoxicating aromas. In the glass it shows a beautiful color that recurs the cherry juice. It accompanies very different dishes: from baked fish with tomato and spices, to grilled red meats.
