The wine
Goyo García Viadero presents his wine Valdeolmos, which reminds us of the maturity found in a Rhône wine along with the texture of a Morgon Burgundy.
Produced using the characteristic Ribera grape variety, Tempranillo, with some Albillo, this is a smooth wine, with enough acidity and plenty of freshness, making it extremely pleasurable to drink.
NOTE: 3,200 bottles of Valdeolmos 2008 were produced.
