Spec sheet
The wine
A powerful and mature single vineyard wine, with plenty of structure, made using grapes that come from a parcel with sandy soil, covered in pebbles, and clay at a depth of 1.5 metres, which gives the wine a particular characteristic. Given its tannic intensity, the recommendation is to leave it to evolve in bottle for at least a couple of years after release, so that all of its elegance can be best appreciated.
Malolactic fermentation in barrel. Matured for 30 months in French oak barrels.
