The wine
Alcoholic fermentation and maceration in steel tanks at a controlled temperature for about 20-25 days; malolactic fermentation in French oak barriques (30% new). Intense ruby red color, notes of cherry, raspberry, aromatic herbs. Elegant and silky tannins.

Serve between 16ºC and 18ºC
