The Varaschin winery is well known to most for the high quality level of the products offered but perhaps not everyone knows that this family has been the proud guardian of the oldest traditions of the Valdobbiadene area for several decades. In fact, in 1946 the Varaschin bought an ancient palace overlooking the square of San Pietro di Barbozza and right there, at the behest of some forward-looking local producers, the Confraternity of Valdobbiadene was born which since then "supervises, promotes and is witness to a product that is not it's just wine. "
Bottled fermented Prosecco is at the same time the ambassador of the truest peasant tradition, Prosecco as grandparents did, as well as a highly topical product today. In the glass we find a wine with a straw yellow color and fine perlage. The nose offers a stimulating aromatic kit: from bread crust to sponge cake, from tropical fruit to lemon cream, from elderberry to acacia and even freesia. On the palate it is dry, dry and firm while not lacking in freshness and balance.
