The wine
Venica & Venica The Adelchi is presented in a pale straw yellow glass with light greenish reflections. The nose reveals a persuasive bouquet of floral scents, with broom and medlars in evidence, citrus and vegetal note to follow, with closure on light mineral notes. The taste is fresh, soft and slightly sapid, with great persistence on citrus notes. Excellent with cold appetizers, salted fish dishes and sour sauces with lemon or vinegar. Try it on amberjack with almonds.
