The wine
Made with Godello grapes, from a plot located on an old lime mine. Strains of 30 years of age, grown on calcareous soils, very rare soil in the Bierzo. Bottled without addition of sulphites.

Verónica Ortega is one of the great promises of Spanish wine. Originally from Cadiz, she left her Andalusian homeland after finishing her oenology studies at the University of Cadiz to embark on an intense learning path that would lead her to work in different countries and always alongside some of the greatest names in wine.
