Vicara Barbera del Monferrato Sup. Cantico

Barbera del Monferrato Superioire shows a deep garnet red color. The aromatic profile is intense, with spicy and slightly floral notes combined with strong hints of leather and flint. Hints of carob and licorice emerge on the finish. On the palate it is soft and well balanced, with excellent tannins and great persistence. Excellent finish and excellent persistence. Ideal in combination with roasted and braised red meats typical of the Piedmontese tradition.
