The wine
Vie di Romans Dolée is an expressive and fragrant white, straw yellow in color with greenish reflections. On the nose it releases intense floral and fruity aromas, of peach with yellow pulp in particular, with facets of citrus, mint and mint. In the mouth it is decisive, enveloping, elegant, well structured and with a pleasant persistence. On the table it is perfect to accompany vegetables and shellfish. Ideal pairing with San Daniele ham.

From eco-sustainable vineyards, the Mariano del Friuli's winery works with a very high selection of grapes and an accurate reduction of yields, which produce exciting, clean, territorial and electrifying wines. Gianfranco, with his broad experience and most-updated knowledge, has thus brought his wines from high Isonzo to winning the highest international awards, at ease in competing with the older Loire and Burgundy brothers.
