The wine
Ruby red, the nose releases intense aromas of ripe red and black cherries, vanilla and spices. The sip reveals a fresh acidity, rich tannins and a firm and caressing body. Barbera of exceptional finesse, excellent balance, great complexity and persistent finish. It goes well with stews, seasoned pasta, poultry seasoned with rich sauces, game, roasted meat and cheeses with a strong flavor.
