Vigna Petrussa Schioppettino RiNera

Vigna Petrussa Ribolla Nera is a straightforward wine, very drinkable, with a ruby red color. The nose reveals slightly vinous, very fragrant notes: fruity hints of blackberry and cherry, raspberry and currant, which open to a slightly balsamic background. In the mouth it is dry, balanced, decidedly fresh and with an excellent persistence finish. Throughout the meal, it happily accompanies soups, roasted white meats and, for those who want to dare, sea fish cooked in sauce.
