The wine
Intense ruby red color with purple veins, intense aroma with the presence of cherry and blackberry jam, soaked in mentally tobacco, slightly spiced. The taste highlights the sweetness of the spicy component, with a finish that gives notes of cocoa and coffee. Well persistent, it will evolve further for the next 10 years. The great Apulian cuisine with its meat dishes is its perfect match; also excellent with game and very mature sheep cheeses.
