The wine
From the Falanghina of the ancient Romans, “vinum album Phalanginum”, the Falerno del Massico bianco is vinified in purity. Straw yellow in color and a deep and elegant perfume, it reveals hints of ripe fruit among which stand out pineapple, banana, yellow peach, Williams pear, custard, broom and rose flowers, delicate notes of sage and vanilla. The balanced, velvety, rich and persistent flavor has a marked finesse and personality. Throughout the meal, it goes well with rich and tasty first courses of fish.
