The wine
Valpolicella di Villabella, obtained with the Ripasso technique on the Amarone pomace, is an intense, structured and fragrant red wine. At sight it has a bright ruby red color; fruity notes of ripe plum and cherry intertwine with spicy hints of cinnamon and pepper, creating an intense and pleasant aromatic bouquet. dry and well-structured taste with vigorous tannins. Ideal with red meat dishes, such as roasts and game. Excellent with aged cheeses.

Serve between 16ºC and 18ºC
