Spec sheet
The wine
Produced from grapevines aged between 10 and 25 years old, grown at altitudes of 350 to 450 metres, on sandy-loam soils with marl, grit and limestone, in the Gandesa Plain (Terra Alta).
This wine displays the best fruit-focused characteristics of the Garnacha Blanca, combined with the freshness and complexity endowed by the Macabeo and Viognier. It results in a pure, fresh and very food-friendly wine.
Ageing tales place on its fine lees for 3 months, with periodic battonages applied.
