Vite Colte Alta Langa Brut Cinquecento

The Pinot Nero and Chardonnay vineyards destined for the production of this sparkling wine are located in the Alta Langa and at an altitude between 500 and 600 meters above sea level. The soils are sedimentary of marine calcareous origin with alternating marly and sandy layers.

After at least 30 months of refinement in the bottle at a temperature of 15 ° C, we proceed with the putting on the tip, the subsequent degorgement and dosage. After a few months of further refinement in the bottle, an elegant and harmonious Alta Langa Brut is obtained, preferably suitable as an aperitif.

Straw yellow with fine and persistent perlage. The aromas range from bread crust to yeast and dried fruit, with some floral notes. Full and rich sip with good acidity and a sensation of creaminess, given by the fine foam, which cleans the mouth and gives a good aromatic persistence.
