The wine
Straw yellow with golden reflections. Particularly intense and complex bouquet, enriched with notes of elderberry and tomato leaves. Complex and silky sip, vanilla and apple strudel. Shades of mint and licorice to follow. After alcoholic fermentation, the Sauvignon rests and decants at a low temperature.
Drinking and storing
Serve between 6ºC and 8ºC
