The wine
Yarden is an Israeli winery, its Syrah is a structured red wine that presents itself to the eye of a dark ruby color. The aromatic profile is composed of hints of berries and plums and notes of vanilla and chocolate; the sip is full and velvety, excellent persistence. Excellent in combination with roasted meat and stewed white meat, also ideal with aged cheeses.
