The wine
Zaccagnini Yamada is a fresh, intense and pleasantly balanced wine. It has a bright straw yellow color with greenish reflections. The nose expresses a pleasant citrus scent, with traces of grapefruit that open to a harmonious, persistent and excellent freshness taste. The taste is balanced, with a finish of good aromatic cleanliness. Excellent as an aperitif, it goes well with fish first courses.
