The wine
Deep straw yellow color. Characteristic bouquet reminiscent of the rose, with notes of mugwort and lime blossom. Dry, soft flavor, with a delicate and persistent aftertaste corresponding to the sense of smell. Suitable to accompany raw fish dishes and delicate appetizers.

Serve between 6ºC and 8ºC
