The wine
Crushing, spontaneous fermentation and maceration on the skins for 1 month in underground terracotta amphorae. Aging on the fine lees for 5 months in the same containers. Zurab Topuridze's Chakhaveri Rosè is a full and persistent rosé wine. Deeply Mediterranean, it goes from cherry to withered flowers, spices and aromatic herbs. With a soft and mineral entry, it soon reveals a great freshness and a light silky tannin, which make it easy to drink.
