Adami

Adami is a beautiful, modern winery in the Veneto region of Italy. The Adami family has been involved in viticulture for generations, supplying some of the best wine producers in the region with grapes. In 2004 Angelo and Andrea Adami decided to expand their business and produce high-quality wines themselves.

The ancestral vineyards of Corte Adami are located in Soave and Valpolicella. The Soave wine-growing area is characterised by gentle hills and volcanic soils, which offer ideal conditions for growing the local Garganega grape variety. 

The vineyards of neighbouring Valpolicella are amongst the oldest and most important red wine-growing areas in the world. 

The Corte Adami winery produces Garganega, Trebbiano di Soave, Corvina, Corvinone, Rondinella and other small local red varieties in all its vineyards. There are also wines labelled as Amarone della Valpolicella DOCG, a dry red wine made mainly from partially dried Corvina grapes.

From their 37 hectares of vineyards, the Adami family sells only the best grapes to ensure that they continue to produce small batches of the best product and do not compromise quality in their pursuit of mass commercial production. Rather, the aim is to preserve the region's special characteristics. 

The winery's red, white, sparkling and dessert wines are fresh, structured and elegant and in many ways reflect the unique terroir.
