Cavallotto

Produced since 1948, Cavallotto's Bricco Boschis of is one of the symbols of the Barolo from Castiglione Falletto, so much so that the owners wanted to adopt it as the company's name. The approximately 6 hectares grown by Alfio, Giuseppe and Laura Cavallotto organically have excellent southern exposure, between the South-East and South-West, in a beautiful amphitheatre which rises to about 350 metres above sea level, typically Langhe-style, planted around 1971. At the top of the amphitheatre stands the family home, the company headquarters. The stylistic scaffolding at Cavallotto is based on tradition, with great Nebbiolo that acquires personality and emotional character over time, supported by warmth, tannin and breadth from when it is young.
