Cérvoles Celler
The Cusiné family has been spreading its vine-growing roots in the Costers del Segre region with Cérvoles Celler. The excellent work in progress of this winery, since its first harvest – 1997 – right up until today, based on strict selection and careful production, has ensured that the quality of their wines has been recognised.
The vineyards are located on the northern side of the Montsant, dominated by the Sierra de la Llena, at an altitude of 700 metres, in the Les Garrigues district and bordering on the Priorat. There are a total of 32 hectares of land that has a silt-loam soil texture, combined with plenty of gravel that makes a significant contribution to water retention. Macabeo and Chardonnay are the white varieties grown, as well as the reds Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Garnacha and Tempranillo.
Essential technology and modern equipment for receiving the grapes, for vinification and ageing allows this winery to maximise the quality of its wines.
