A modern style and respect for tradition are the principles that inspire this cooperative that, for Apulian wine lovers, needs no introduction. Over 1000 members and 2500 hectares of vines, yet solid and constant quality throughout the company's very wide range, which has around 25 labels.

All the wines are made with a clean and impeccable technique, starting naturally with the products that have written the history of the cooperative, and, therefore, of Apulian wine as a whole. There is, above all, the Selvarossa, a reserve of Salice Salentino that captivates by its intoxicating bouquet, which is fruity, spicy and balsamic, and by its solid structure, which is enveloping, velvety.
