Enate

The main reference point for the Somontano Denomination of Origin and a winery that describes itself as nature's apprentice, due to feelings of great respect and admiration, and which seeks to capture the perfection manifest in nature and convey it in their wines.

Enate offers a wide range of wines, from classic Crianzas and Reservas, several single varietals, at different price points and with very distinct personalities, to choice wines like its highly-esteemed Enate Uno, a Chardonnay. Hand-picked grapes at harvest, natural treatments, low yields … and the knowledgeable expertise of a large team of winemakers ensure year after year the high quality of Enate wines, nurtured under the shelter of the Pyrenees, in the serenely beautiful Somontano countryside.

Enate bottles (Enate is EnArte: wine and art) are also characterised by being “a sculpture of contemporary art” and their labels represent a genuine artistic heritage, as reproductions of works of art from both great masters and young artists alike: Antonio Saura, Eduardo Chillida, José Beulas, Salvador Victoria, Antoni Tàpies, José Manuel Broto, Víctor Mira, Pepe Cerdá, Alberto Carrera, Frederic Amat, Vicente Badenes, Alberto Duce, Eduardo Arroyo, Mapi Ribera, Carmen P. Ramírez, Gustavo Torner, Vicente García Plana and José María Subirachs.
