Olivier Rivière

Olivier Rivière is a restless oenologist who is greatly admired for his great technical ability, both in the vineyard and in the winery. He is a man who listens to the land, to the vineyard, and knows how to interpret it. His wines are honest, faithful reflections of the terroir and the grapes, which he cultivates in Rioja Alavesa, as well as in Arlanza and Navarre. For the time being.

Olivier Rivière has worked in different renowned wineries, and side by side with important personalities in the world of wine (Elian da Ros, Fréderic Cossard, Domaine Leroy, Telmo Rodríguez...). His project Olivier Rivière Vinos began in Rioja in 2006 and he was joined by Antoine Habera in 2012.

The vineyards are cultivated without the use of any type of herbicide or chemical fertiliser, and treatments are carried out exclusively with organic products, applied only when strictly necessary. The harvest is manual and the vinification is carried out without adding yeasts.
