Pazo do Mar

Bodegas Pazo do Mar was founded in 2002 as a result of a family vocation of more than 30 years, respectful and loving of the secular tradition of Ribeiro but with a spirit of renewal and future projection. Always in search of the perfect balance between traditional winemaking and modern winemaking processes that give their wines the freshness and personality that today's customers demand, they have sought to equip themselves with the best winemaking technology to guarantee perfect final quality.

The winery's own vineyard consists of 20 hectares planted with Treixadura, Torrontés and Godello varieties, concentrated in the spectacular La Torre del Olivar estate.

Bodegas Pazo do Mar is part, together with Veiga da Princesa and Pazo das Tapias, of the Pazo do Mar Group. Founded in 2002 to produce wines in the Ribeiro, Rias Baixas and Monterrei Designations of Origin. Based on its own vineyards and selected vine growers and using the native varieties Albariño, Treixadura, Torrontés and Godello in White Wines and Mencía in Red Wines.
