Ron Brugal

Brugal has become the third top-selling brand of rum in the world, resulting from the long and productive existence of this Dominican Republic distillery. Andrés Brugal Montaner founded Brugal in Puerto Plata (Dominican Republic) in 1888; since then, five generations of the family have lived and breathed the house's values.

Brugal is characterised by its countless distillations (which are needed for obtaining a clean, pure spirit), its barrel selection, made up of former American Bourbon and European Sherry casks, and by the warmth of its warehouse, positioned from north to south to make the best use of the Dominican sun, thus benefiting the ageing process, which lasts for at least 2 years.
