The wine
Blanc Pescador and Cresta Rosa have been benchmarks in Spain since they started out in the 1960s. Two elegant wines with a subtle sparkle that comes about purely as a result of a natural second fermentation occurring over a period of two weeks; the lightest of bubbles are slowly released on uncorking the bottle and produce a slight tingling sensation on the taste buds.
What does this wine taste like?
A pale rose colour and very bright, this wine is pleasantly aromatic and lightly fruity on the nose. Enhanced by the touch of sparkle, it is light and delicious on the palate.
